Listening Session Focused on Aging and Long-term Care Issues Held in Brainerd

A listening session focused on aging and long-term care issues took place at Central Lakes College yesterday.

State Senator Karin Housley, Chair of the Aging and Long-Term Care Committee in the Minnesota Senate talked about why she and the listening sessions came to Brainerd

The nearly 50 in attendance heard that their lawmakers are working hard on these issues.

There was one action people can take now, as the panel had pushed prevention if you can, and take measures if issues do take place

We again thank State Senator Karin Housley for her time. Attendees also received information for resources to assist you and your loved ones.
