Businesses re-open, small gatherings allowed starting today; Rep. Lueck weighs in
Monday marks an important day in Minnesota since the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Governor Tim Walz allowed his “Stay At Home” Executive Order to expire, allowing non-essential businesses and retailers with social-distancing rules and letting social gatherings of 10 or less people. District 10B State Representative Dale Lueck stopped by this past Friday to talk about what businesses can and cannot open.
Other businesses that will remain closed until at least June 1st.

On Saturday, Governor Walz signed into law to raise the State tobacco buying age to 21.
Raising the tobacco buying age to 21 is just another example of how things have gone this Legislative Session, which closes today.
